The living area combines a rather ornate existing fireplace but the brief was for something which reflected the client's main home but this was very much their 'get away'.  We used a large mural to emphasise the high ceilings and the exposed structure.  We then used deep high grain wood finishes and a rich blue / grey palette , linen and silks and cut velvets set off against large deep seated family sofa and crittall style doors.  We took this palette into the remaining areas of the property.  Using bear brick in the bathroom with walk through shower.
